disc 1. During the years 1873 through 1896 John A. Macdonald copes with economic depression in the east, a new western revolt led by Louis Riel, debates over provincial powers, and the Canadian Pacific Railway is completed, allowing immigration across the country.
disc 2. During the years 1896 through 1915 the growth of agriculture, industry and immigration lead to an economic book, as well as intolerance and racism. Then World War I begins.
